PLASTIMO, a subsidiary of ALLIANCE MARINE GROUP, has announced the acquisition of Spanish distributor DISMARINA MEDITERRANEA (Barcelona) and Swedish distributor NAVINORDIC (Henån, South-West Sweden).   

Yann Cornec, Plastimo Managing Director, is very happy about this dual acquisition which reflects Plastimo’s major ambitions on the export market : « 2020 has been a very strong year for Plastimo which encourages us to accelerate our Export development scheme. This two-at-once acquisition also reflects the Alliance Marine Group strategy to broaden its international scope : both distributors now becoming Plastimo subsidiaries have access to     other products and brands from sister companies in the Alliance Marine Group. They can also   take advantage of the strength of a large group while keeping the agility of middle-size  companies.
